I began interviewing listing agents many months ago unsure of whether I wanted to sell frankly, I didn't know what I'd do if I sold. All the other agents I spoke with talked about how great they market, how much I could get for the house, etc. A friend had recently used Laura to sell his home, so I interviewed Laura. She was the only one out of about six agents I spoke with that actually heard what my concerns were about selling. She spent lots of time with me showing me new homes in my budget to get a sense of whether I would be comfortable selling. I still was not 100% sure, but she kept in touch, and finally several months later I was ready to sell and I listed with Laura. Let me say this Laura knows real estate inside and out. She was able to identify exactly what I needed to do with my home to get me the maximum price. She presented me with several options based on how much work I wanted to do to my home. My home needed some cosmetic work and she utilized her amazing design skills that are tailored to what a turnkey buyer is looking for. She worked her tail off for me, helping me deal with vendors/subs, and was incredibly detail-oriented. I couldn't have managed this on my own given everything else I was dealing with at the time. I told her I wanted to sell as high as possible and she helped me get that house looking amazing. I almost didn't want to leave it! I've bought and sold many homes over the years and have never seen any Realtor® work as hard for a client as Laura did.
