Meet Our Team

Laura has a diverse education with certifications and degrees in Graphic Design, Photography, Advertising, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership & Team Building. She started her career in the hospitality industry, owned & operated a home design retail store, worked in technology and editorial advertising, and has more than 20 years in the real estate industry. She is an active member of her community, philanthropic organizations, and a small business owner. 

Laura is a California native who lives along the coast in north county San Diego. The ocean is home to Laura, she has been sailing all over the world and one of her many passions is taking friends on sailing excursions around Point Loma, San Diego Bay, and Mission Bay. The mountains are a close second, skiing and hiking fuel Laura’s enthusiasm for exploring the outdoors. She loves to entertain and share life with others. Her love of collaboration in her career drives her to create and add more to her business offerings. She is a creative and innovator with a wide vision and detailed perspective on life. She is a mother of two beautiful girls which keeps her life full of fun and love.

A California native, Lorri has lived in San Diego North County for over 35 years. She has been an accomplished local small business owner, with twenty years experience as a sought after interior designer. Commitment to her family and community are evident, as are her passions for the culinary arts and horticulture.  

Lorri's understanding of high quality and everything HOME, coupled with her intimate knowledge of the region, brings extensive and unique value to her clients. She looks forward to bringing all her experience, talents and prowess to help clients achieve their goal.

Marie offers strong support and partnership to our team at Laura Andert Group. She has a rich background with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Having owned an interior design and staging business; she brings that experience to real estate as a licensed agent and certified transaction coordinator. She is a mother of three grown children, all of which give Marie much joy and pride. One of her many passions in life is travel.

She has traveled extensively throughout Europe and lived in Italy where she became fluent in Italian. She also speaks French fluently. Marie's dedication to her work, community, and love for others is evident to all that know her. Marie is committed to providing excellent service to her clients and approaches every opportunity with great enthusiasm.
