Laura has a rich background in real estate, management, design, technology, and retail ownership. She started her real estate career helping investors build their real estate portfolios nationally and home sales. During the downturn of real estate, she expanded her services working with asset managers, banks, and large investor groups listing and selling REO homes. Over a span of twenty-two years her real estate services has evolved to now include luxury home sales, interior design, events, and renovations. Laura's strategic approach with marketing and technology has positioned her as a leader, coach, and mentor. She is a branding and marketing expert with an innovative and collaborative approach to business and client relationships. Founding 10-POINT-O Inc has been an exciting endeavor for Laura and she is thrilled to lead the boutique brand to become a household name among residents in the community.

Marv started his career as an electrical engineer and migrated quickly into senior management and entrepreneurship.  Over the last 40 years, he has started, developed and sold businesses in several industries.  Marv’s passion is connecting, coaching and building leaders and teams, helping them take the next step in unlocking their leadership potential both as individuals and for the organizations they serve.  His extensive background in overseeing all parts of an organization will serve 10-Point-O Inc. well, as we embark on this exciting journey of building and growing our brokerage team!
